We know what it's like, we've been there: you're busy - lots going on - stressful job, friends to see, family to fit in, exercise to do, bills to pay, you feel tired; occasionally you may wonder how you got here but you plough on. 

What makes you happy? Do you know?

What's driving you? What gets you out of bed in the morning? 

Would you like some time out? What would you do with that time? Would you work on some big life decisions? Or maybe just breathe and enjoy the headspace?

The concept behind Make + Move is simple: take a little time out of your everyday life to connect with yourself.

We use physical movement, being in nature and a supportive community to help you make this reconnection - to allow you to take a step back and re-evaluate. 

So on a day or weekend with us you'll get up, move your body, go outside - even if it's raining - eat nutritious food, laugh, breathe, talk and after a while realise that the background-low-level-why-won't-it-stop-murmurings in your mind have gone.

Several months later you may find yourself on the tube / in the supermarket / waiting at the dentist surgery and remember that wonderful sense of ease you felt in your own skin: that's the step closer to your true self that Make+Move wants to help you find.
