Teaching Katonah Breathwork at Glastonbury Festival

I love being outside and sharing yoga & re-wilding practices - so combining these passions by teaching at events is a dream.
In 2024 I taught Katonah Breathwork + Yoga at Glastonbury Festival in the cool Humblewell Area. and as you can see from this photo - absolutely adored it.
In the past I’ve been lucky to teach at various events including Wilderness Festival, Rock Oyster Festival, We Out Here Festival & Love Trails
