How does time spent in beautiful surroundings, perhaps outside, away from the stresses and routine of every day life sound? 

We'd love to work with you and create a private Make+Move event that suits your needs. 

(*this doesn't have to be a tea-total event, we love gin. And wine.)

What can you expect?

The essence of the event will stay true to Make+Move whereby the underlying ethos is Connection, Nature and Community.

You can expect time spent outside, gentle movement, good food and encouragement to slow down. 

Our programmes typically include Yoga, Natural Movement, Forest Bathing, Guided walk or run, Mindfulness, meditation & breath-work, discussion / workshop around the season or moon phase and more.

We can also include sound baths, making / craft sessions, water activities and excursions.

The retreat can take place in my studio or within reason, wherever you'd like! 

The length of time is up to you, a couple of hours on a weekend morning? A whole day? A weekend? Let me know!

If you’re looking for something with an overnight stay, are your preferences more in keeping with a cosy converted farm or sleeping under canvas in the wilds? We can advise and work together to come up with a solution to what you have in mind. The cost of your retreat will depend on the final package that we create together; for an idea of the prices of our open retreats please take a look at the current retreats on offer.

We understand that things crop up and cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. 

We put a lot of time and effort in to planning these retreats and so deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
