Welcome

Come and pay a visit to my cosy home studio: A light-filled cabin nestled in the forest complete with bathroom, changing facilities and yoga equipment.

It’s such a lovely space to be in, hearing the birds, the rustling of trees, you feel like you’re a world away from any sort of hustle & bustle yet are only 10 mins from Lydney, 15 from Chepstow.

Classes here have a maximum of 7 people so there’s no need to feel nervous or intimidated of big groups. This means that I can give attention to everyone coming, whether it’s an encouraging word, astute adjustment or savasana massage.

My hope is that you feel comfortable and at home, making it easier for you to focus on your practice.
