CHOOSE YOUR CLASS

A woman practicing yoga indoors on a black mat, kneeling with her legs folded, arms stretched overhead, and head tilted back.

It does what it says on the tin: Yoga.

This class is all about meeting you where you’re at and then enhancing wellbeing so as to better sustain you for life - aging, stress - let's get into our bodily house and tidy it up. A blend of vinyasa flow and Katonah yoga. We’ll measure up, find our fit and steadily flow through poses all in the pursuit of mobilising your body and firing up your mind.

YOGA

A person's hand held up with markings and numbers drawn on the palm, positioned in front of a white tank top and skin-toned background.
Heart shape with the text "Movement is medicine" inside it.

A blend of Hatha yoga, Daoist philosophy, & Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Created by Nevine Michaan in New York; we use sacred geometry, repetition and metaphor to create a communal experience. This practice is about longevity, insight, empowerment and the search for joy.

You can expect familiar shapes with unfamiliar twists, breathwork, the use of props and an encouragement to step out of your habits.

Come along. Try something new.

KATONAH YOGA

A woman practicing yoga indoors on a black mat, with a wooden log wall behind her, a pink yoga block to her left, a laptop on a small round table to her right, and greenery in the foreground.

A playful and dynamic vinyasa yoga practice, we flow through poses focusing on how they feel rather than how they look.

Working on various aspects: strength, stamina, & awareness to name a few. Aligned with the moon phase & natural rhythms as well as our internal energy body to bring ourself into alignment.

“A workout with soul”.

LUNAR FLOW

Yoga or meditation studio with mats, bolsters, and cushions arranged on a wooden floor, with a wooden ceiling and natural light coming through windows.
A simple line drawing of a hand holding a microphone with two red hearts above it.

A practice that first builds heat and works out any creases, before calming things down with longer holds and dreamy stretches.

A lovely mixture of dynamic - often energetic - movement and calming mat-work. Think quality over quantity.

A great option if you want to move your body and also love using bolsters.

The perfect yang to yin combo.

THE RESET

Person practicing yoga on a purple mat, head resting on a pillow, with a woman standing at the front of the room in a yoga class.

THE SLOW DOWN

In this busy life, how often do you purposefully go slow? This isn’t being lazy, this is tending to yourself.

A mixture of restorative yoga, soothing movements, calming breath techniques and guided meditation. A floor-based practice using props to support deep rest.

A way to down-regulate the nervous system out of the sympathetic (fight or flight) to the parasympathetic (rest & digest). A chance to restore physically, mentally and energetically.

Leave feeling calm, relaxed and centred.
