Is real-world health & fitness. Equipping us for everyday life so we can be healthier, resist injuries and have fun.

Encompassing the skills of breathing, ground movement, walking, running, jumping, vaulting, balancing, crawling, climbing, lifting, carrying, throwing and catching.

We can all do it. We’ve already done it; the sadness is that we probably stopped as we aged. Stopped climbing trees, rolling in the grass. Stopped playing, stopped exploring.

These sessions are aimed at reigniting a playful approach to fitness and spending time outdoors, connecting with nature.

When: Spring - Summer - Late Summer.

This class was a challenge for me, but not to the point the moves was unachievable. Lucy was great at breaking the different moves down.
Great workout.
I’ll definitely be doing it again, and practicing some of the moves I learnt at home to help with stiffness being sat at a desk all day! Thanks Lucy.
