We can all do it. Weβve already done it; the sadness is that we probably stopped as we aged. Stopped climbing trees, rolling in the grass. Stopped playing, stopped exploring.
These sessions are aimed at reigniting a playful approach to fitness and spending time outdoors, connecting with nature.
