Why use a Sauna Hat?
Hot air rises, so the the air higher in a sauna can be significantly hotter than lower down. As you sit in a sauna it will be your head that feels this heat first - and most. The job of a sauna hat is to protect your head from this. It adds a layer of thermal insulation that slows the transfer of this intense heat to your scalp, keeping your head cooler and your overall body temperature more stable.
It also protects your hair from drying & moisture loss, thereby reducing thinning, colour fade and split ends.

It’s made of 100% sheep wool - proven to perform in intense sauna heat, is antibacterial, resistant to dirt and odours

The Story
With your purchase of this item, you’re becoming part of the story of women supporting women. The design and graphic was created by the talented Kirsty of Pomona Creative. Referencing the strong Warrior 1 stance, the heart-eye symbolising vision & connection, the burst of joy we feel in our chest plus a nod to shared times over coffee, tea & the therapeutic capacity of movement. The production was a piece of happenstance by meeting Charlotte of Salty Souls over a shared coffee in a favourite Moroccan cafe - Hey Yallah for those curious. Charlotte took this design and sourced these wonderful shirts: super soft, fitted cuffs, reinforced neckline & perfect skater-vibe that so perfectly offer both comfort and style.
Produced in a small family-run factory in Agadir, Morocco these shirts are limited.

Large = UK12
XL = UK14-16
Side note: I (Lucy) am typically a UK12 & could wear all sizes: the Medium for a more slimline, fitted look, the Large feels perfectly comfy, the XL baggy. In the photos, Ffion models a Large and is a UK10.
