Workshop style with space for questions & feedback

Detail

Each session will be “workshop style” with space for questions, interaction & discussion.

Over the course of 4 weeks we’ll cover:

Common poses, Sun Salutations, Pranayama (breathwork) & introduction to a yoga flow. Threaded throughout will be sharings from classical yogic philosophy as well as a sprinkling of Non-Dual Tantra.

We’ll work on linking breath to movement and not to take ourselves too seriously.

Suitable for beginners, those with little experience, those looking for a refresher or if you want some support & company with your practice. This is often a mixed ability group as opposed to a strictly beginners class.
