During this 6 week programme we’ll focus on different aspects of yoga asana (yogic postures): building each week to develop our connection between mind, body & breath so that by the end you’ll:
feel comfortable coming to a yoga flow class
have the tools to develop your own self-practice
have met other people to support you

Workshop style with space for questions & feedback
Detail
Each session will be “workshop style” with space for questions, interaction & discussion.
Starting with an introduction to yogic philosophy and the purpose of a physical practice each week we’ll take a different focus including:
Pranayama - breathwork, common poses, Sun Salutations, Standing postures, balances, the chest & upper body
Before putting everything together with a full vinyasa flow, linking breath to movement.
Suitable for beginners, those with little experience, those looking for a refresher or if you want some support & company with your practice. This is often a mixed ability group as opposed to a strictly beginners class.

What are the dates?
Wednesdays in my Home Studio (Clanna, GL15): 10th April - 15th May 2024. @ 7:15pm
How long are the classes?
Each session is 75mins (1hr 15mins) in duration. We won’t be moving for the entirety as there is time for questions, feedback and adjustments.
Can I come ad-hoc / drop-in to odd classes?
This is a 6-week Programme, with content building upon the previous sessions as the weeks progress. As such, drop-ins are not available.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. The payment plan is:
An initial payment of £37.50 to book your place
The balance of £37.50 payable a week after the course starts
What if I can’t attend a session?
Recordings will be available if you’re not able to make it to the studio. These will be made available for the duration of the course.
What if I get injured / am unwell?
If injured, you are still welcome to be in studio to observe postures, teachings & ask questions. Recordings will be available if you’re not able to attend in studio or physically practice that week.
I’ve never done any yoga before, is this suitable for me?
Yes! And also if you’ve previously tried and fallen out of practice, or had a break.
What are the group sizes?
At my Home Studio, the minimum number of students for the course to go ahead is 3 and the maximum capacity is 6.
