THE TIME TO MOVE IS NOW

This is a small group programme to develop your connection to your body, mind and breath.

Over the course of 6 weeks we’ll cover different aspects of yoga including:

  • philosophy,

  • pranayama (breath techniques),

  • common asana (postures),

  • Sun Salutations,

  • elements of restful practices,

  • the use of props

Outside of our time together you’ll also have access to the full Online Library of over 100 classes so that you can practice, try things out and fit this into your schedule.

By the end of the programme you’ll:

  • have an understanding of yoga

  • feel more aware

  • have the tools to develop your own self-practice

  • Tuesday eve 7:15 - 8:15pm:

    • 14/04, 21/04, 28/04, 05/05, 12/05, 19/05

  • My home studio, near Alvington GL15

  • The first session is 75 minutes. Each subsequent is 60mins.

    We won’t be moving for the entirety as there is time for questions, feedback and adjustments.

  • This is a 6-week Programme with content building upon the previous sessions as the weeks progress. As such, drop-ins are not available.

  • Recordings will be available if you’re not able to make it in person. These will be made available for the duration of the course.

  • If injured, you are still welcome to come along to observe teachings & ask questions. Recordings will be available if you’re not able to attend or physically practice that week.

  • Yes! And also if you’ve previously tried and fallen out of practice, or had a break.

  • The maximum number is 5 so that there’s space and time for each person.
