During these 4 week programmes we’ll focus on different aspects of yoga asana (yogic postures), philosophy and pranayama (breathwork).
Developing our connection between mind, body & breath so that by the end you’ll have met other people to support you, and:

No dates are currently set; plans are to hold the next course in Feb / March 2025
My home studio, near Alvington GL15

Each session is 75mins in duration; we won’t be moving for the entirety as there is time for questions, feedback and adjustments.

This is a 4-week Programme, with content building upon the previous sessions as the weeks progress. As such, drop-ins are not available.

Recordings will be available if you’re not able to make it in person. These will be made available for the duration of the course.

If injured, you are still welcome to observe postures, teachings & ask questions. Recordings will be available if you’re not able to attend or physically practice that week.

Yes! And also if you’ve previously tried and fallen out of practice, or had a break.

The minimum number of students for the course to go ahead is 4 and the maximum capacity is 7.
