Sometimes at this time of year we can feel like we simply need to get through the month.

This programme is designed to help you with exactly that: GET THROUGH, not by distraction but by presence.

A variety of practices including movement, stillness and breath that can support you through the month.

  • 8 sessions to work with the energy of January, laying the groundwork for the year ahead / season ahead or whatever is next for you.

  • 8 sessions: do them once, do them multiple times, you’re in control.

    • 2 × 60min yoga practices

    • 2 × 45min yoga practices

    • 2 × 30min breath practices

    • 2 × 20min strength blasts

  • £48 one-off payment.
