Then try Katonah: a blend of Hatha yoga, Daoist philosophy, & Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Lunar Flow
Vinyasa flow yoga attuned to the seasons, lunar cycle and your internal energy body. A purposeful flow, building heat, physical strength and mental awareness.
